Education is achieved through a presentation developed for company executives, human resource personnel, organizational leaders and other supporting staff. The goal of the presentation is to provide a clear and theoretically based explanation to the question of why individuals in positions of power often engage in deviant behaviors. Due to both the importance and the unfamiliarity of this information, it is vital that adequate time is allotted for presentations. The duration of the presentation can range from 45mins-2hrs and can be done in two phases or in six segments. The following is a breakdown of the BSD presentation component as well as its core behavioral components:

The P-Factor™ Presentation

Today, more than ever we are witnessing the downfall of those in positions of high status & power. From celebrities, athletes, politicians, organizational and ministry leaders; individuals are continuing to fall, with regrettable ramifications upon the lives of so many. Power can and often does change people. While most focus on how leaders can use their power to influence the performance of their followers; this presentation addresses the real issues of how power can affect the behavior of those in power, contributing to at-risk (and at times criminal) behavioral episodes. This presentation will help in preventing lives from experiencing what seems to be an inevitable fate for so many who once held positions of power. If we cannot properly handle power, then it will have its way in handling us!

The presentation of The P-Factor™ brings sobering and relevant awareness to the role power can play in the unacceptable behaviors of individuals with high degrees of status, influence, and power. This presentation addresses 2 of the 7 power factors of behavior, while also discussing 2 of the 6 power predictors of behavior (presentation can discuss only 1 factor and 1 predictor if necessary).

Providing a platform for awareness among organizational leaders about key influences to at-risk behavior will be instrumental in helping organizations learn about the potential causes of at-risk behaviors and how best to prevent them. In addition, our Power Tolerance Behavior Integration (PTBI) System is recommended for helping organizations seamlessly integrate behavioral modification into their organizational culture. These are important steps in the future of behavioral development among high-profile individuals, with the intended goal of decreasing at-risk behavior and potentially increasing positive personal and professional behavioral outcomes.
